A compact and high-performance batch screening machine from Allgaier.

Special features
At the heart of the system is a vibration tumbler screening machine VTS 800 followed by a magnetic grille which reliably separates any unwanted iron particles that are still present following the dust removal. All parts that come into contact with the product are halar-coated in order to avoid reactions.
The removable loading container is docked onto the bulk material feed to the screening machine using a pneumatic sealing system to ensure complete dust-tightness – without any manual assistance.

The benefit
The ease of operation has significantly improved handling in particular compared to the previous systems, and the dust load has also been reduced significantly. This system is also used successfully for fractioning and protective screening.

The system can be configured to move as a complete unit or to be transportable using a lift truck.
